Hushly는 아이를 재우는 부모를 위한 완전 오프라인 자장가 앱입니다. 개발자는 사용자의 어떤 데이터도 수집·전송·열람하지 않습니다.
1. 수집하는 정보
없습니다. Hushly는 계정이 없고, 회원가입·로그인·분석(analytics)·광고 식별자를 사용하지 않습니다. 테마·음색·타이머 등 설정은 모두 기기 내부 저장소에만 존재합니다.
2. 사용자가 추가한 콘텐츠
- 내 자장가로 추가한 오디오 파일은 오직 기기 내부 저장소에만 복사·보관됩니다.
- 앱에서 직접 녹음한 자장가도 마찬가지로 기기 내부 저장소에만 저장됩니다. 녹음은 녹음 화면에서 사용자가 녹음 버튼을 눌렀을 때만 이루어지며, 그 외에는 마이크를 사용하지 않습니다.
- 이 파일들은 외부 서버로 업로드되거나 제3자와 공유되지 않습니다.
- Hushly는 사진·이미지에 접근하지 않습니다. 배경화면은 앱이 직접 그리는 프리셋뿐입니다.
3. 네트워크 사용
Hushly는 인터넷 권한이 없습니다. 어떤 서버로도 데이터를 전송하지 않으며 완전 오프라인으로 동작합니다. 이 설계로 의도치 않은 데이터 전송을 원천 차단합니다.
4. 권한
- 포그라운드 서비스 / 미디어 재생: 화면을 꺼도 자장가 재생을 지속하기 위해 사용합니다.
- 알림(POST_NOTIFICATIONS): 재생 상태 표시에만 사용하며, 거부해도 재생은 정상 동작합니다.
- 마이크(RECORD_AUDIO): 내 자장가를 직접 녹음할 때만 사용합니다. 녹음 화면에 들어가 녹음 버튼을 눌렀을 때만 마이크가 켜지고, 녹음을 멈추면 즉시 해제됩니다. 녹음 파일은 기기 내부 저장소에만 저장되며 외부로 전송되지 않습니다. 권한을 거부해도 나머지 기능은 모두 정상 동작합니다.
- 위치·카메라·인터넷·저장소·사진 접근 권한은 요청하지 않습니다. 자장가 오디오 파일 선택은 시스템 선택 도구를 통하므로 저장소 전체 접근 권한이 필요 없습니다.
5. 광고 및 분석
Hushly는 광고를 게재하지 않으며 광고 식별자(AD_ID)를 사용하지 않습니다. 사용자 행동을 추적하는 분석 도구도 포함하지 않습니다.
6. 아동
본 앱은 부모/보호자가 사용하는 도구이며, 아동으로부터 어떠한 정보도 수집하지 않습니다.
7. 데이터 삭제
앱을 삭제하면 설정과 사용자가 추가한 파일이 기기에서 모두 제거됩니다. 서버에 데이터가 없으므로 별도의 삭제 요청 절차가 필요 없습니다.

Hushly is a fully offline lullaby app for parents soothing a child to sleep. The developer does not collect, transmit, or access any of your data.
1. Information we collect
None. Hushly has no accounts, no sign‑up/login, no analytics, and no advertising identifiers. Your settings — theme, sound, timer — live only in the app's private storage on your device.
2. Content you add
- Any audio file you add as a lullaby is copied only into the app's private storage on your device.
- Lullabies you record inside the app are likewise saved only to the app's private storage. Recording happens only while you are on the recording screen and have tapped the record button; the microphone is not used at any other time.
- These files are never uploaded to any server or shared with third parties.
- Hushly does not access your photos or images. Wallpapers are presets drawn by the app itself.
3. Network
Hushly has no Internet permission. It never sends data to any server and works entirely offline, preventing unintended data transmission by construction.
4. Permissions
- Foreground service / media playback: to keep the lullaby playing even when the screen is off.
- Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS): used only to show playback status; playback works even if denied.
- Microphone (RECORD_AUDIO): used only to record your own lullaby. The microphone turns on only after you open the recording screen and tap record, and is released as soon as you stop. Recordings stay in the app's private storage and are never transmitted. Denying this permission leaves every other feature working.
- No location, camera, Internet, storage, or photo permissions are requested. Picking a lullaby audio file uses the system picker, so no broad storage access is needed.
5. Ads & analytics
Hushly shows no ads, uses no advertising identifier (AD_ID), and includes no behavioral analytics.
6. Children
This app is a tool for parents/guardians and does not knowingly collect information from children.
7. Data deletion
Uninstalling the app removes all settings and files you added from the device. No separate deletion request is needed, because no data exists on any server.
